Star Estate crosses Rs 10,000-Cr annual sales in FY26, expands footprint across India’s key housing markets

Star Estate has reported annual sales exceeding Rs 10,000 crore for FY 2025–26, marking a major milestone in the company’s growth as it continued expanding across India’s leading residential real estate markets. The achievement comes after the real estate consultancy crossed the Rs 7,000 crore sales mark in the previous financial year.

The company attributed its performance to sustained activity across multiple housing markets and continued demand from both end-users and investors. During FY26, Star Estate facilitated property transactions in Noida, Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Kochi and Ahmedabad, while also expanding into several emerging residential destinations where buyer interest remained strong.

Demand throughout the financial year was supported by infrastructure-led developments, integrated townships and projects developed by established real estate companies.

Commenting on the achievement, Mr. Vijay Jain, Managing Director, Star Estate, said, “Crossing the Rs 10,000 crore mark is an important milestone for us. It reflects the confidence our customers and developer partners have placed in Star Estate over the years. We have focused on disciplined execution, transparent advisory and understanding what today’s homebuyers are looking for, and that approach has helped us maintain steady growth.”

According to the company, end-user demand remained one of the primary drivers of residential sales during FY26. Homebuyers increasingly preferred projects offering better connectivity, practical layouts, established social infrastructure and reputable developers. Meanwhile, investors continued to focus on locations backed by long-term infrastructure development.

Star Estate also observed a noticeable shift in buyer behaviour during the year, with customers spending more time evaluating projects before making purchase decisions.

Discussing this trend, Mr. Jain said, “Buyers today spend more time evaluating a project before making a decision. They are looking beyond pricing and are paying closer attention to location, construction quality, connectivity and the overall living experience. This change in buyer behaviour has become much more visible over the past year,” he said.

The company further strengthened its presence in high-growth micro-markets while expanding operations in its existing locations. Investments in technology, analytics, sales capabilities and customer support also helped improve operational efficiency and enhance customer engagement across multiple cities.

Sharing his outlook, Mr. Jain said, “Over the past year, we have seen buyers spend more time before making a purchase. They are comparing projects more carefully, asking detailed questions and paying closer attention to the developer’s track record. This has changed the way we engage with customers. Our role today is not just to facilitate a transaction but to help buyers make a decision they are comfortable with.”

Star Estate expects buyer preferences to remain focused on project execution, location, connectivity and a developer’s delivery record as the residential property market continues to evolve. The company believes these factors will continue shaping purchasing decisions while supporting demand across India’s major and emerging housing markets.
