Shivalik Furniture has launched Nexaura Hospitality, a dedicated hospitality solutions venture offering customised furniture, furnishings, and turnkey interior solutions for the hospitality industry.
The launch took place at Shivalik Furniture’s manufacturing facility in Sanand, near Ahmedabad. As part of the unveiling, the company showcased 10 curated hotel room concepts covering three-star, four-star, and five-star categories. These model rooms demonstrate Nexaura’s interior and furniture offerings, allowing visitors to explore different layouts, materials, finishes, and design details.
The new venture combines Shivalik Furniture’s in-house manufacturing capabilities with Arcedior’s international sourcing network to serve hospitality projects across India and overseas. Its portfolio includes custom-designed furniture, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), along with turnkey interior services. Consequently, hotel developers and operators can access an integrated solution covering design, sourcing, manufacturing, and execution through a single partner.
Domestic manufacturing remains central to Nexaura’s business model. The company will produce its furniture at Shivalik Furniture’s green-certified manufacturing facility, which combines advanced machinery and precision-driven processes with skilled craftsmanship. This infrastructure supports customised production while maintaining consistent quality standards for hospitality projects.

Furthermore, the venture leverages Shivalik Group’s experience in real estate and design, alongside Arcedior’s expertise in sourcing furniture, lighting, carpets, artwork, bedding, and other interior products from domestic and international markets. This combination enables Nexaura to offer locally manufactured as well as globally sourced solutions tailored to individual project requirements.
The 10 model hotel rooms at the Sanand facility provide developers and operators with an opportunity to experience the furniture, materials, and finishes in a real-world setting. By exploring different room categories and specifications, visitors can evaluate design possibilities and understand their manufacturing and installation requirements.

Nexaura Hospitality aims to cater to diverse hospitality formats, including hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and hospitality-led developments. While its Sanand facility provides a domestic manufacturing base, its international sourcing network allows the venture to address a wider range of furnishing requirements across projects.
The launch marks Shivalik Furniture’s entry into the hospitality solutions segment, with plans to serve clients across India and international markets. Moreover, Nexaura has already secured and completed its first export order from a US-based client for a 115-room hotel project, marking its entry into the international hospitality furniture market.
