Aartas CliniShare strengthens healthcare co-working presence with new expansion plans

Aartas CliniShare, a Delhi NCR-based healthcare co-working and managed infrastructure company, plans to add 20,000 sq. ft. of customized healthcare infrastructure across the region by the end of the current financial year. The company has identified Noida, West Delhi, and North Delhi as its next expansion markets as it looks to strengthen its presence across the National Capital Region.

The company is expanding its managed OPD infrastructure model to cater to healthcare enterprises, including specialty clinic networks, healthcare startups, and hospital groups.

Operating through a leased infrastructure model, Aartas CliniShare identifies, develops, and manages customized healthcare spaces in strategic locations. Its expansion strategy focuses on Central Business Districts (CBDs) and high-potential micro-markets that offer convenient access and proximity to targeted patient populations.

As part of its expansion strategy, the company has recently partnered with Gut Clinic, Synchrony, and Rising Dental Practice. Over the next two to three years, it aims to establish 8–10 additional centers, increasing its total infrastructure footprint to approximately 1 lakh sq. ft.

Unlike traditional leasing arrangements, Aartas CliniShare provides an end-to-end managed infrastructure solution for outpatient department (OPD) operations. Its services cover location identification and catchment analysis, space planning and development, regulatory compliance and licensing, clinical infrastructure, technology, staffing, facility management, and daily operations.

Through this integrated approach, healthcare partners can concentrate on clinical services, patient experience, and business growth, while Aartas CliniShare manages their infrastructure and operational requirements.

Founded in 2021 to support individual doctors in establishing independent practices, Aartas CliniShare has served more than 150 doctors, specialty clinics, and enterprise brands through its centers across South Delhi and Gurugram.

“Hospital groups and new-age startups are choosing asset-light, OPD-led expansion over building full facilities. Patients want trusted specialty care closer to home, brands want a presence in many micro-markets without recreating their operations each time, and more doctors want to build their own practices without managing property and paperwork,” said Ankur Sharma, co-founder of Aartas CliniShare.

Individual doctors continue to account for the largest share of the company’s business. Currently, approximately 80% of its business comes from individual doctors, while enterprise clients, specialty clinics, and group practices contribute the remaining 20%.

Going forward, the company plans to allocate up to 30% of its available space to enterprise clients while continuing to serve individual doctors, specialists, and group clinics through the remaining capacity.

“Enterprise partnerships let us build bigger and move faster, but the goal hasn’t changed. Doctors should spend their time practicing medicine, not managing clinics and infra,” said Ayush Sharma, co-founder, Aartas CliniShare.
