Suba Hotels Ltd has expanded its presence in Uttar Pradesh with the opening of Quality Inn Serenity in Lucknow. The launch marks the company’s seventh hotel in the city and its third property under the Choice Hotels portfolio. The new hotel further strengthens its existing footprint, which includes three Click Hotels and one RnB Select hotel.
Quality Inn Serenity offers 36 well-appointed rooms, comprising 27 executive rooms, 6 deluxe rooms, and 3 premium rooms. Additionally, the property provides a range of guest services, including a 24-hour front desk, housekeeping, laundry, travel assistance, doctor-on-call facilities, parking, and taxi arrangements. These amenities aim to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay for guests.
The hotel also features banquet and conference facilities designed to accommodate corporate meetings, training programmes, business gatherings, and social events, catering to both business and leisure travellers.
