Babycare startup Peeko raises ₹67.4-Cr to expand 60-minute babycare delivery in Bengaluru

Babycare commerce startup Peeko has raised ₹67.4 crore in a Series A funding round led by Chiratae Ventures, with participation from existing investor Stellaris Venture Partners and prominent angel investors.

The fresh capital will support Peeko’s business expansion, technology development, and team hiring as the startup looks to strengthen its presence in the baby care commerce market.

Peeko plans to expand to six micro-markets in Bengaluru by the end of 2026. The expansion is expected to increase its 60-minute delivery coverage from the current 50-55 per cent of the city to 100 per cent. The company plans to enter new cities next year.

Founded in 2025 by Chetan Sharma, Vivek Khetan, and Abhijit Gairola, Peeko is targeting parents who continue to prefer offline stores for baby care purchases due to concerns around product selection, touch-and-feel, and delivery speed.

The platform combines a curated product assortment with rapid delivery and an offline-style try-and-buy experience. The model is aimed at addressing the gaps that parents may encounter when purchasing baby care products through conventional online channels.

“By bringing an offline-like shopping experience to the doorstep, we’ve earned the trust of more than one lakh parents who have shopped on our platform since we launched eleven months ago,” said Sharma.

The startup said more than one lakh parents have shopped on Peeko since its launch 11 months ago, with a majority of transacting users opting for its try-and-buy feature.

Chiratae Ventures said India’s baby and kids’ commerce segment represents a significant opportunity, particularly as new-age parents seek alternatives for shopping.

“Baby and kids commerce in India remains a large opportunity and in need of an alternate destination for new-age parents. Peeko has built the category-defining answer—deep curation, sub-60-minute delivery, and a genuine try-and-buy experience that we believe addresses an important gap in the market,” said Anoop N Menon, partner and consumer-tech lead, Chiratae Ventures.

Stellaris Venture Partners, which previously led Peeko’s $3.2 million seed round in 2025, has also participated in the latest Series A round.

The investor pointed to Peeko’s customer traction, adoption of its try-and-buy offering, and repeat usage as key indicators of the startup’s potential.

“What gives us confidence is the traction—strong try-and-buy adoption and repeat usage from parents who keep coming back. We’re thrilled to double down on this team as they scale and build a category-defining baby care commerce platform,” said Rahul Chowdhri, Partner, Stellaris Venture Partners.

The Series A funding gives Peeko additional capital to scale its operations, strengthen its technology, and expand its team. Its immediate priority is Bengaluru, where it aims to establish operations across six micro-markets by the end of 2026.

The company currently provides 60-minute delivery coverage across 50-55 percent of Bengaluru. Its planned expansion will target 100 percent coverage across the city before Peeko moves into new cities next year.

For India’s startup ecosystem, Peeko’s latest funding highlights investor interest in specialized commerce models that combine the convenience of rapid delivery with differentiated customer experiences. Its focus on baby care products and try-and-buy functionality also positions the company beyond a conventional quick-commerce proposition.
