B2B quick-commerce startup Digidukan raises Rs 2-Cr to expand construction retail platform

B2B quick-commerce platform Digidukan has raised Rs 2 crore in angel funding from Vinay Gupta and Shubham Gupta, Directors at United Plywood Group, as the startup looks to strengthen its technology, expand its product portfolio, and deepen its presence across smaller Indian markets.

Founded by Lakshya Agarwal and Kshitij S. Rungta, Digidukan enables construction-material retailers to procure products on demand with 60-minute delivery. The model is designed to help retailers reduce excess inventory and lower their working-capital requirements.

The startup claims to have delivered nearly 5,000 orders and achieved a 90 percent repeat customer rate. Its monthly GMV has grown 8x since the beginning of the year, while the platform’s average order value stands at above Rs 9,000.

The fresh capital will support Digidukan’s efforts to strengthen its technology and product capabilities, expand its product categories, and increase order volumes. The company also plans to deepen its presence in Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets.

Beyond faster fulfilment, Digidukan is working towards an intelligent procurement model that uses retailer demand and purchase patterns to predict what products retailers should stock and when they should stock them.

This approach is intended to move the platform beyond simple order fulfilment towards a more data-driven procurement system for construction-material retailers. By combining quick delivery with demand-based inventory insights, Digidukan is building a model focused on improving how retailers manage their procurement and stock.

The latest angel investment will therefore support the company’s expansion across technology, product categories, and markets while advancing its plans to develop a predictive procurement platform for construction-material retailers.
