Enterprise AI startup Kily raises Rs 30-Cr to expand enterprise AI platform

Enterprise AI startup Kily has raised Rs 30 crore in a funding round led by Sorin Investments, with participation from Razorpay and Wyser Capital, as it looks to expand its artificial intelligence platform for brands operating across e-commerce and quick commerce channels.

The latest funding will help the company strengthen its product capabilities, scale its go-to-market strategy and accelerate platform adoption among large consumer brands.

Founded in 2025 by Sankalp Mehrotra, Anurag Singh and Sharad Chitlangia, Kily develops AI agents that automate marketplace operations for brands selling on platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart.

Its platform combines marketplace signals with a brand’s operational data and business objectives to automate critical workflows across pricing, advertising, inventory management and marketplace execution.

Kily said it already works with several leading consumer brands, including conglomerate ITC.

Commenting on the fundraise, co-founder and CEO Sankalp Mehrotra said brands today operate across increasingly fragmented digital commerce ecosystems, where managing thousands of operational decisions has become critical.

He added that the new funding and strategic backing would help the company empower brands to automate execution, improve decision-making and scale efficiently across online marketplaces.

The investment reflects growing investor interest in enterprise AI platforms that help businesses improve operational efficiency and automate complex workflows. As e-commerce and quick commerce continue to expand, AI-powered automation is becoming an increasingly important tool for brands managing multiple digital marketplaces.

With the fresh Rs 30 crore investment, Kily plans to enhance its AI platform, strengthen its market presence and accelerate adoption among enterprise customers. The company aims to help more consumer brands automate marketplace operations and scale efficiently across India’s rapidly growing e-commerce and quick commerce ecosystem.
