Colosseum has entered the hospitality market with the launch of its first outlet in Sector 117, Noida, introducing a design-led all-day dining destination that blends an artisan bakery with globally inspired cuisine. The restaurant aims to deliver an elevated guest experience through thoughtfully curated interiors and a diverse culinary offering.
Designed to accommodate a variety of dining occasions, the restaurant features double-height ceilings, elegant arches, statement pendant lighting and curated artwork. The space intends to serve as a venue for casual coffee meetings, business lunches, family gatherings and celebrations.
Alongside its dining area, Colosseum operates an artisan bakery offering freshly baked breads, viennoiseries, handcrafted pastries and signature desserts. Its menu spans Mediterranean, Asian, Continental and Indian cuisines, complemented by specialty coffees and handcrafted beverages.
Speaking about the launch, Co-Founder Radhey Shyam said, “We wanted Colosseum to be more than just a restaurant—it was envisioned as a warm, thoughtfully designed space where people could slow down, connect, and create memorable moments.”
Highlighting the bakery’s focus, Co-Founder Sanjay Khanna added, “The artisan bakery reflects our passion for craftsmanship, with every bread, pastry, and handcrafted dessert freshly prepared to bring quality and authenticity to every guest’s experience.”
Colosseum officially welcomed guests on July 26, 2026. The restaurant accommodates 85 guests and positions itself as a premium all-day dining destination catering to a wide range of dining occasions through its combination of contemporary interiors, artisanal baking and internationally inspired cuisine.
Located in Sector 117, Noida, the restaurant operates daily from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The average dining cost is approximately ₹2,000 for two.
