Vecton AI secures Rs 6-Cr to scale enterprise AI solutions

Vecton AI, an AI transformation partner focused on financial institutions, has raised Rs 6 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by Zeropearl VC. Several prominent startup founders and operators also participated in the round.

The fresh capital will support the development of Vecton AI’s enterprise-ready artificial intelligence solutions. The company also plans to strengthen its Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) model, through which it works directly with financial institutions to identify, design and deploy AI systems addressing critical business challenges in real-world environments.

Vecton AI will additionally expand its presence across the banking, financial services and insurance sectors. Demand for compliant AI solutions is growing as financial institutions modernize their operations, enhance customer experiences and improve decision-making.

Founded by BITS Pilani alumni Himanshu Goyal and Gaurav Mandlecha, Vecton AI was established to tackle a key challenge in enterprise AI adoption: moving from experimentation to real-world implementation.

While organizations have made significant investments in AI initiatives, many projects remain at the pilot stage because of integration, scalability, governance and compliance challenges.

Vecton works alongside enterprise teams to identify high-impact business problems, develop customized AI solutions and deploy them in live production environments. The company’s approach focuses on generating measurable business value rather than limiting AI deployments to proof-of-concept projects.

Its Forward Deployed Engineer model places AI engineers alongside customer teams throughout the implementation process. This ensures that solutions remain aligned with business priorities, operational requirements and long-term enterprise objectives.

Gaurav Mandlecha, Co-founder of Vecton AI, said, in a statement, “Our engagements start with the business problem, not the technology. Our engineers work alongside the customer’s team on their actual problem statements and build AI solutions that are compliant and hold up in production. That’s what changes outcomes inside a financial institution, and this funding enables us to transform more clients.”

Bipin Shah, Managing Partner, Zeropearl VC, said, “Financial institutions are looking for AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes rather than just promising possibilities. Vecton AI stood out for its practical, execution-focused approach and the founders’ deep understanding of the BFSI ecosystem. We are pleased to partner with Himanshu, Gaurav, and the team as they build an AI-native company focused on helping enterprises deploy AI with confidence and create lasting business value.”

Vecton AI exclusively serves mid-market and enterprise financial institutions and currently works with 10 customers, including several publicly listed companies.

Its AI solutions are already operating in live production environments. The company said these deployments are helping organizations improve operational efficiency and generate measurable business outcomes instead of keeping AI initiatives within experimental settings.

The funding is significant within the enterprise AI ecosystem as financial institutions increasingly seek solutions that can move beyond pilots and meet operational, governance and compliance requirements. Vecton’s focus on live deployments and its Forward Deployed Engineer model positions the company around the implementation challenges that often prevent enterprises from scaling AI initiatives.

As enterprises increasingly transition from AI experimentation toward enterprise-wide adoption, Vecton AI plans to strengthen its role as a transformation partner for financial institutions. The company will use the new capital to develop enterprise-ready AI solutions, expand its Forward Deployed Engineer model and deepen its presence across the BFSI sector, with a focus on responsible, scalable and business-driven AI solutions that deliver measurable value in production.
