Table Space, a provider of managed office solutions, has leased more than 2.5 million square feet in Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru.
In Chennai, the company leased over 500,000 square feet at Mapletree Global Infocity Park and 160,000 square feet with DLF, obtaining two large Grade A properties. Now, it owns three assets in Chennai, including KRC Commerzone in Porur.
In Mumbai, the company secured three new Grade A leases. It added 55,000 square feet in Oberoi Commerz III, Goregaon, 200,000 square feet at Runwal R-Square, Andheri, and 29,000 square feet at the Raheja Altimus Worli.
Moreover, it aims to include another 500,000 square feet in Mumbai within the next 12 months.
Table Space has obtained 260,000 square feet in building 4, Mindspace IT park, with an option to expand by an extra 250,000 square feet.
Additionally, there are intentions to acquire another 500,000 square feet within HITEC City and the financial district in the upcoming 12 months.
In Bengaluru, it has leased 55,000 square feet at UB City and 100,000 square feet at Café Coffee Day Square. Furthermore, there are future arrangements to secure another 500,000 square feet in the Whitefield area.
