Superleap secures Rs 36-Cr to build AI-native CRM platform

Enterprise AI CRM platform Superleap has raised Rs 36 crore in a pre-Series A funding round led by Peak XV’s Surge. The company will use the fresh capital to expand its enterprise go-to-market operations, strengthen its product and platform capabilities, and accelerate the development of the AI-native CRM category in India.

Superleap is targeting a shift in how enterprises use customer relationship management platforms. While traditional CRMs have largely served as systems of record, the company is building an AI-native architecture designed to support revenue teams and enable deployment within weeks without business disruption.

The startup was founded by Subham Kumar Boundia, Alok Maurya and Saurabh Maheshwari. The founders previously worked at Unacademy during its early years, where they experienced the limitations of legacy CRM systems and eventually developed an in-house platform for sales teams.

The trio later founded Altworld, a Peak XV’s Surge-backed venture, before returning to enterprise software and the CRM segment.

Superleap has grown 10x over the past year and now serves customers across BFSI, SaaS, education, healthcare, travel and hospitality, and media. Its enterprise customer base includes Razorpay, Aakash Education, MediBuddy, HCL GUVI, Cars24, PagarBook, Plum, Qube Cinema, and Superhealth.

Commenting on the fundraise, Subham Kumar Boundia, Co-founder & CEO, Superleap, said, “Superleap has a simple ambition: to make companies love their CRM again. As revenue teams increasingly move towards AI-native systems, we believe real AI adoption cannot happen without a change in the core system of record. We are building an agentic operating system that can actively support the entire revenue motion driven by humans & AI agents in tandem, enabled through an in-house Forward Deployed Engineering service model. This fundraise will help us accelerate our product development, expand our enterprise presence, elevate the customer service standards further and advance our mission of reimagining the CRM category for modern revenue teams.”

The company has also highlighted deployments with large enterprises. Razorpay migrated 10M+ data records to Superleap in 45 days without business disruption, while Aakash Education transitioned around 5K counsellors across 400 locations in India in under 60 days. According to Superleap, the Aakash deployment enabled 5X faster change management and reduced sales technology costs by over 50%.

Superleap’s platform uses a three-layer architecture comprising SuperOS, a unified data platform; SuperSense, a customer-intelligence layer; and SuperAgents, an agentic layer that automates tasks across the revenue cycle.

The platform also offers AI voice bots, conversational intelligence, omnipresent Superleap AI and MCP integrations. These capabilities allow users to interact with their CRM through tools including WhatsApp, Slack, MS Teams, Claude and ChatGPT.

Through Superleap Deploy, the company offers a less than two-month deployment guarantee and zero-disruption migration. Its in-house Forward Deployed Engineers support enterprise rollouts, with the company positioning deployment speed and adoption as key differentiators from legacy CRM platforms.

Customer feedback has also highlighted the platform’s migration capabilities and AI features. Tejas Gowda, VP, Product, Razorpay, said, “Superleap is a modern CRM that exceeded our expectations. From day one, we had complete platform parity with our previous CRM, along with powerful built-in generative AI capabilities that have meaningfully improved our sales enablement workflows. The AI features have helped our account managers work more efficiently, surface relevant insights faster, and spend more time engaging with customers instead of managing CRM tasks. Overall, Superleap has delivered a fast implementation, a modern and easy-to-use platform, and AI capabilities that have added real value to our sales teams. It’s been a fantastic experience, and we would strongly recommend it to any organization looking for a next-generation CRM platform.”

Cars24 Group also cited the speed of implementation and AI capabilities. Siddarth Khandelwal, Cars24 Group, said, “Partnering with Superleap has been a genuine step-change for us. What stood out immediately was their speed of execution — they moved fast, understood our requirements, and had a working solution in our hands far quicker than we’re used to. Their AI capabilities have been the real differentiator: intelligent lead prioritization and automation that took a lot of manual guesswork out of the funnel and let our team focus on the conversations that matter. Along the way, they helped us streamline processes that had been clunky for years, and the efficiency gains have been felt across the whole vertical. Superleap has been a proactive, sharp partner.”

Aakash Education’s CBO’s Office also highlighted its migration experience. Shikhar Singh, CBO’s Office, Aakash Education, said, “Migrating from Salesforce to Superleap in just <45 days was an incredible achievement and a testament to the collaboration between both teams. By bringing lead management, telephony, payments, and reporting onto a single platform, we’ve created a unified sales ecosystem that simplifies operations and provides better visibility across the customer journey. Superleap’s native AI capabilities are especially exciting and have the potential to further strengthen our sales enablement through smarter insights, automation, and decision-making.”

With the latest funding, Superleap plans to deepen its enterprise presence while continuing to develop its AI-native CRM platform. The startup’s strategy centres on combining faster deployment, extensive customisation, enterprise-grade reliability and in-house implementation as it seeks to build an alternative to legacy CRM systems.
