Smart kitchen appliances startup Beyond Appliances has raised ₹110 crore in a Series B funding round led by Fireside Ventures, with participation from Dharana Capital and other investors.
The Bengaluru-based company plans to deploy the fresh capital to establish a new manufacturing facility and expand into additional product categories. Furthermore, Beyond Appliances plans to launch ovens over the next nine to 12 months.
The startup is evaluating locations across South and West India for the new facility. Currently, Beyond Appliances operates two manufacturing units in Delhi NCR and Bengaluru and produces nearly 90% of its products in-house.
Founded in August 2024 by Eshwar K Vikas and Rakesh Patil, Beyond Appliances develops connected kitchen products, including smart chimneys and hobs. The company combines connected technology with kitchen functionality to target consumers seeking more advanced home appliances.
Its flagship product, an Android-powered smart chimney, features an integrated display that supports several kitchen-management functions. Users can access entertainment applications, set cooking reminders, and manage grocery lists through integrations with quick-commerce platforms.
Additionally, the company operates Chef Verse, a recipe platform that offers curated recipes, while its 3D suction technology enhances the functionality of its kitchen appliances. Recently, Beyond Appliances introduced the Cube Chimney, which targets compact kitchens and rental homes.
Beyond Appliances follows an omnichannel sales strategy, with online channels accounting for around 60% of its sales and offline channels contributing the remainder. The company currently maintains a retail presence across select stores in Bengaluru and serves customers in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, and Delhi NCR.
Meanwhile, the startup continues to expand its offline distribution network and aims to increase its customer touchpoints to between 1,500 and 2,000. Beyond Appliances currently operates three exclusive outlets and plans to add more exclusive retail stores as it scales its presence.
The company recorded net revenue of ₹40 crore in FY26. Moreover, the latest fundraise comes roughly a year after Beyond Appliances secured $4 million in its Series A round, which Fireside Ventures also led with participation from Dharana Capital.
Beyond Appliances’ latest funding round comes as consumer technology startups increasingly target India’s expanding home appliances and home technology market. Startups across the sector are developing products such as designer fans, air purifiers, speakers, smart switches, and home automation systems while combining connectivity, design, and functionality.
Furthermore, architects and interior designers have emerged as an important distribution channel for home technology brands. Consumers increasingly purchase appliances and connected products while constructing or renovating their homes, creating new opportunities for brands to reach customers through these professionals.
Investor interest in the segment has also grown. For instance, home appliance startup Nester raised ₹19 crore in a pre-Series A round in February 2026 to expand its product portfolio, including steam air fryer ovens, toasters, and juicers.
Similarly, cooling solutions startup Optimist is developing air-conditioning products designed for Indian conditions and has been exploring fresh funding to expand its business. Consequently, rising consumer demand for connected and design-focused home products continues to create opportunities for startups across India’s smart home and appliance ecosystem.
