IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Haware Engineers & Builders to open the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pen Mumbai Goa Highway. The 126-room hotel aims to launch in the first quarter of 2028, further expanding IHG’s presence in Maharashtra and meeting the growing demand for high-quality accommodations.
With over 3,200 hotels globally, Holiday Inn Express is IHG’s largest and fastest-growing brand. Since its inception in 1990, the brand has pioneered simple, smart travel and remains a top choice for travellers on the move. Once operational, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pen Mumbai Goa Highway will offer the brand’s signature combination of modern comfort, smart solutions, and efficient service.
The upcoming Holiday Inn Express in Pen, a rapidly growing industrial hub in Raigad district, will cater to the expanding Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). Upon opening, the hotel will offer 126 modern, well-appointed rooms, a dining area, banquet facilities, spacious meeting rooms, and a fitness centre, all designed to meet the needs of business travellers.
