O-Health, an Indian healthcare technology company developing indigenous edge AI solutions and clinical hardware, has secured strategic funding from prominent investors, including Sangita Reddy of Apollo Hospitals, Singapore-based BugleRock Capital, Perpetual Capital, led by Pranav Prashanth and Anvitha Prashanth, Varun Dua of ACKO, a Delhi-based family office, and other investors.
However, the company has not disclosed the funding amount. O-Health plans to utilise the fresh capital to accelerate business growth and strengthen its healthcare technology offerings.
“The funding marks a significant milestone in O-Health’s evolution—from an early rural healthcare prototype to research collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), clinical validation at AIIMS New Delhi, intellectual property development, and expansion across multiple healthcare institutions,” the company said.
O-Health has developed a voice-first, AI-powered clinical pre-assessment platform that captures patient narratives, asks relevant follow-up questions based on context, and converts conversations into structured clinical information for doctors before consultations.
The platform aims to reduce repetitive information collection and enable clinicians to access relevant patient information more efficiently, helping streamline the pre-consultation process.
The latest investment will support the development of indigenous edge AI models, advanced clinical hardware, product engineering, and manufacturing readiness. Additionally, the company plans to expand its solutions into more healthcare verticals.
Through its focus on locally developed AI models and clinical hardware, O-Health aims to strengthen technology-driven healthcare delivery and improve clinical workflows across healthcare institutions in India.
