Ace Blend secures Rs 95-Cr to expand nutrition and supplement business

Direct-to-consumer (D2C) nutrition and dietary supplements brand Ace Blend has raised $9.9 million (approximately Rs 95 crore) in a Series A2 funding round led by 3one4 Capital, with participation from existing investor Fireside Ventures. The company plans to use the fresh capital to strengthen its clinical research capabilities, invest in research and development (R&D), improve its supply chain, and introduce new nutrition formats.

Shivam Hingorani, Founder and CEO, Ace Blend said, “The first is clinical trials, which are going to be run by credible CROs (contract research organisations) and are intended to be published in peer-reviewed international journals. The second is cementing our moat as a business, which is our supply chain proficiency. The third is a robust testing mechanism that allows nutritional accuracy, pesticides, and heavy metals to be tested batch on batch without any human intervention.”

Additionally, the company plans to conduct shelf-stability studies when it launches new products and repeat these assessments after six months. According to Hingorani, the studies will help establish long-term safety data for its product portfolio. Highlighting the importance of scientific validation in the dietary supplements industry, he said, “Trust is not enough.”

Founded in 2018 by Hingorani, Ace Blend welcomed Saif Mehkri as co-founder in 2022. The company offers dietary supplements across several categories, including heart health, brain health, sleep, recovery, gut health, strength, and immunity. Its portfolio comprises approximately 14 stock-keeping units (SKUs), spanning plant-based protein powders, superfood mixes, and functional health supplements.

Ace Blend distributes its products through its official website and e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, and Blinkit. Hingorani said the company’s website generates approximately 50% of its revenue, while marketplaces and other online commerce channels contribute the remaining share.

The startup reported 300% growth in FY26 and a repeat purchase rate of nearly 48%, according to Hingorani. Building on this performance, Ace Blend aims to achieve annual recurring revenue (ARR) of Rs 250-300 crore over the next 12-18 months. The company is also targeting profitability as part of its growth strategy.

To strengthen its operational capabilities, Ace Blend plans to diversify its raw material sourcing across multiple countries. Its vertically integrated business model covers ingredient procurement, product formulation, and manufacturing. Furthermore, the company is developing an automated testing system to evaluate nutritional accuracy, pesticide residues, and heavy metals in every production batch.

Ace Blend is also expanding its product pipeline with several new formulations. According to Hingorani, these include a product developed in collaboration with a gut-health specialist to address leaky gut, a blend of natural nutrients designed to reduce inflammation, an eye-health supplement, and a fibre-based formulation focused on gut health.

The funding comes as consumer interest in preventive healthcare and dietary supplements continues to grow in India. Rising awareness of nutrition and the potential role of supplements in supporting health management has also drawn investor attention to the sector. Earlier this month, D2C supplement brand The Stack raised Rs 21.5 crore to expand its product portfolio and strengthen its research and development capabilities.
