SVM Group of Hotels has entered the luxury hospitality segment with the launch of SVM Luxe, its new premium hospitality brand. The group inaugurated its ninth property in Kompally, Hyderabad, with Sri KP Vivekanand, MLA from Quthbullapur and BRS Legislative Party Whip, attending the ceremony as the Chief Guest.
To mark the launch, SVM Management organised a live music concert featuring renowned Indian playback singer Geetha Madhuri. Her energetic performance entertained attendees and added to the celebrations surrounding the property’s grand opening. Approximately 3,000 people attended the concert, making it one of the key attractions of the event.
Established under the leadership of Sri M. Vara Prasad, Founder and Managing Director of SVM Group of Hotels, SVM Luxe represents a significant milestone in the group’s expansion strategy. Following the establishment of eight branches, the group is now targeting the premium hospitality market with a property that combines luxury accommodation, fine dining, a lounge bar, a boardroom, and multiple banquet halls.
Located in Kompally, Hyderabad, SVM Luxe features 88 rooms, including approximately six to seven luxury suites, alongside 11 banquet halls. The property caters to diverse hospitality requirements, including family celebrations, weddings, corporate meetings, social gatherings, and other special occasions. Furthermore, its modern amenities and hospitality services aim to deliver a comfortable and premium experience for guests.
The hotel’s facilities are distributed across several floors to accommodate different guest requirements. The second floor houses the lounge bar and fine dining facilities, while the third and fourth floors feature luxury rooms and suites. Meanwhile, the fifth, sixth, and seventh floors accommodate banquet halls designed for celebrations, business meetings, and other events. The property also includes a dedicated boardroom for corporate meetings and business discussions.
