This major expansion—covering new centers at Gurugram’s DLF Downtown, Godrej GCR, Atrium Place, and Good Earth Business Bay II—pushes Table Space’s total NCR portfolio beyond 2.2 million sq. ft. The New Delhi centre at Worldmark 4, Aerocity, spans 50,000 sq. ft. on the third floor and features collaborative spaces, enterprise-grade infrastructure, and wellness-focused amenities. In Gurugram, Table Space has expanded across several key business districts. The DLF Downtown center, located close to DLF Cyberhub in DLF City Phase 3, features 85,000 sq. ft. of workspace over two floors, integrating both custom-built and ‘Suites’ configurations. The Good Earth Business Bay II site in Sector 58 contributes 70,000 sq. ft. of workspace, offering easy access to NH8 and nearby leisure destinations.
