Al Habib Emporio, a Srinagar-based hotel and development company, has signed a franchise deal with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts for a new hotel development under the lifestyle Ramada Encore by Wyndham brand.
Wyndham Srinagar’s Ramada Encore Rajbagh is a part of Srinagar’s Rajbagh neighbourhood, located on the Jhelum River. Srinagar Airport is 9.5 km away, while Dal Lake is 2.5 km away. The hotel will have a contemporary exterior and contain 48 modern rooms and a lobby lounge, an all-day eating restaurant, meeting rooms, event space, and a business centre.
