Shremoha, a senior independent living platform created through a strategic partnership between Shrem Group and Emoha, a part of Age Care Labs, has commenced operations with two development partnerships in Pune and Gurugram.
Shremoha launched the platform at the Longevity Summit India 2026 in Mumbai. The platform brings together community living, hospitality, and senior-focused wellness and support services through an independent living model. Shremoha aims to create senior living communities that combine personalised care, preventive health and wellness, and hospitality-led independent living.
As part of its initial expansion, Shremoha has partnered with TRU Realty for Kekarav in Pune and KREEVA for a multigenerational project in Sector 70A, Gurugram.
The Pune development will comprise 250 residences. Meanwhile, both projects will provide wellness programmes, curated dining, resident experiences, and support services.

With its first two development partnerships, Shremoha is entering the senior living market with a model that combines independent living, wellness, and hospitality. The Pune and Gurugram projects mark the beginning of the platform’s broader journey in developing senior-focused communities.
