Café Quattro has expanded its Mumbai presence with the opening of its second outlet in Babulnath, marking the vegetarian café brand’s entry into South Mumbai. The launch follows its existing outlet in Juhu and forms part of the company’s plans to expand its café business across the city.
The new all-day café serves a vegetarian menu alongside specialty coffee and handcrafted beverages. Its format caters to customers seeking quick meals, business meetings, casual dining, and longer café experiences throughout the day.
According to the company, the brand selected Babulnath because of its strong vegetarian dining culture and proximity to residential areas, educational institutions, and religious destinations.
The outlet also introduces Ala Palla, a Roman-style pizza concept, to Mumbai for the first time. Its menu includes Roman Margherita, Bombay Spice Burst, Garden Primavera, Garden Pesto Verde, Inferno Fiama, Fire Chilli, Chipotle Paneer Punch, and Roman Truffle Mushroom.
Beyond pizzas, Café Quattro offers snacks, pastas, sandwiches, burgers, and desserts. The selection includes dishes such as Nachos Grande, Thick Milk Toast, and The Firehouse Smash.
The beverage menu features specialty coffees, cold brews, matcha-based drinks, coffee mocktails and Vietnamese Coffee, giving customers options across both hot and cold formats.
The Babulnath location also marks Café Quattro’s first outlet within a theatre environment. The format provides quick-service food and beverage options for visitors looking to dine or grab snacks before or after shows.
The opening comes alongside a wider refresh of the Café Quattro brand, covering its logo, menu, and overall brand identity as the company increases its café footprint.
Aditya Gupta and Anuj Gupta, Partners, Gupta Brands, said, “Café Quattro is our way of bringing the familiar tastes of our fine-dine restaurant, Quattro, into a café setting. We wanted to offer tasty, freshly cooked food to people who choose to have a cup of coffee and unwind, while also giving them the option of a wholesome meal. With Babulnath marking our second outlet in the café format, it strengthens our belief that people want good food alongside their beverages. Whether it is for work, a meeting, or simply spending time with friends and family, we want Café Quattro to be a place where the food is as much a reason to visit as the coffee.”
With the Babulnath launch, Café Quattro is extending its vegetarian café proposition into South Mumbai while adding a theatre-linked format to its portfolio. The expansion combines an all-day dining concept with specialty beverages and the Mumbai debut of Ala Palla, supporting the brand’s broader café growth strategy.
