Yanolja has announced the acquisition of InnKey in a strategic move aimed at accelerating its expansion in the global enterprise hospitality technology sector. Yanolja Cloud Solution (YCS) executed the transaction, further strengthening the company’s position in hotel technology, AI-powered hospitality solutions, and integrated property management systems.
InnKey currently provides a unified hospitality platform that integrates front office operations, food and beverage (F&B) management, purchase and procurement systems, financial accounting, and guest engagement solutions. The platform supports more than 500 hotels across India and enables hotel operators to streamline operations while improving guest experiences across multiple properties.
The acquisition significantly enhances Yanolja’s capability to support multi-property hotel groups with centralized hospitality management solutions. Additionally, the deal strengthens the company’s expansion strategy across high-growth global hospitality markets.
“InnKey was built to unify hotel operations on a single platform and help operators manage increasing complexity as they scale,” said Viral Shah, Founder & CEO, InnKey. “Joining Yanolja allows us to bring that capability to a broader global customer base, supporting larger, multi-property hotel groups across new markets.”
InnKey has already deployed its hospitality platform across leading Indian hotel groups, including The Fern, Pride Hotels, Orchid Hotels, Treat Hotels, and Accord Hotels. Furthermore, the platform has integrated with global hospitality ecosystems such as Marriott International, demonstrating its ability to meet international operational and security standards for complex hotel operations.
As hotel operators continue expanding across regions, demand for integrated hospitality technology platforms has increased rapidly. In response, InnKey’s platform addresses long-standing industry challenges caused by fragmented systems across reservations, front office management, F&B operations, procurement, and finance.
“InnKey strengthens our platform with deep hospitality expertise developed in high-growth markets,” said Aeijaz Sodawala, CEO of Yanolja Cloud Solution. “The synergy between InnKey’s enterprise platform and Yanolja Cloud Solution creates a powerful engine for global growth to serve the full spectrum of the hospitality industry from boutique stays to global hotel chains.”
At the same time, the acquisition reflects Yanolja’s broader focus on AI-driven transformation within the travel and hospitality industry. The company plans to accelerate innovation in automation, operational efficiency, guest personalization, and intelligent hotel management systems.
“Yanolja is committed to transforming hotel operations in the age of AI,” said Junyoung Lee, Group CTO of Yanolja. “The future we envision is no longer a space merely managed by people but a seamless system powered by AI. Through this evolution, operations will achieve unprecedented efficiency and reduce manual work, enabling staff to focus entirely on what matters most, the guest experience.”
The acquisition also builds on an existing partnership between the two companies and positions InnKey for expansion into the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Moreover, Yanolja confirmed that the integration process will not disrupt existing customers, hotel operations, or ongoing projects.
Yanolja’s acquisition of InnKey marks a major development in the global hospitality technology market. By combining enterprise hotel management systems, AI-powered automation, and scalable hospitality solutions, the deal positions both companies to capitalize on growing demand for digital transformation across the global hotel and travel industry.
