Invest4Edu, an education fintech firm, appointed Hemika Tanwar as co-founder and chief people officer and Chintan Kotak as co-founder and global business head.
With the addition of these co-founders, the company aims to leverage their expertise and shared vision to achieve rapid and sustainable growth. As part of its expansion strategy, Invest4Edu plans to grow its team to tap into India’s thriving $2.5 billion ed-fintech market, where it will face competition from both domestic and international players.

Tanwar has a background in organizations like IIFL Finance, IndusInd Bank, and Reliance Retail. On the other hand, Kotak boasts over two decades of experience, having held senior positions at IIFL Securities, Kotak Securities, and Motilal Oswal Securities.
Established in 2021 by financial industry veterans Agrawal, Rozy Efzal, Tushar Bopche, Aditya Agarwala, and Manoj Sharma, this pre-seed company aims to address a significant issue. A staggering 67% of Indian parents grapple with ineffective education planning for their children, which often leads to financial strain.
With 5000 users onboard, assets under management totalling Rs20 crore, and study abroad loan disbursals amounting to Rs12 crore within six months, the company generates revenue through commissions on financial products and subscription fees for educational services.
