The brand has made its debut with Rahitya Premier Anant, Ayodhya, strengthening OPO Hotels&#8217; presence in one of India&#8217;s fastest-growing religious tourism destinations.</p>
<p>The company developed the property under a Management Agreement signed on 24 June 2026, making the launch OPO Hotels &amp; Resorts&#8217; strategic entry into Uttar Pradesh. Located at Anant Palace, Chandpur Harbans, Prayagraj Road, Ayodhya, the hotel combines modern hospitality with the city&#8217;s rich spiritual and cultural heritage to deliver a premium guest experience.</p>
<p>Rahitya Premier Anant will begin operations during the second week of July 2026. Initially, the hotel will offer 50 well-appointed guest rooms, while the company plans to expand the inventory to 150 rooms in the next development phase.</p>
<p>Additionally, guests will have access to a 70-cover all-day dining restaurant, a 150-guest banquet hall, and a 300-guest landscaped lawn. Furthermore, OPO Hotels will soon introduce a gymnasium, spa, and kids&#8217; zone, enhancing the property&#8217;s premium hospitality offerings.</p>
<p>The company launched Rahitya at a time when Ayodhya continues to experience unprecedented growth in religious tourism. Improved air, rail, and road connectivity, coupled with significant infrastructure investments, has driven a sharp rise in domestic and international pilgrim arrivals. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Spectrum Foods Limited’s shares rose 13.09% to ₹31.10 on the BSE today at 11:50 am. The company is investing ₹140 crore in a five-star resort in Pushkar, set to open within six months, and ₹80 crore in a resort in Pali, scheduled for 2026. Both projects will create 150 direct jobs each. These ventures, supported by Rajasthan&#8217;s incentives, including 75% SGST reimbursement for seven years, tax exemptions, and interest subsidies, mark a significant expansion in the state’s <strong><a href="https://www.capillarytech.com/blog/travel-and-hospitality-trends-2025/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" title="luxury hospitality">luxury hospitality</a></strong> sector.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Spectrum Foods projects that it will receive cumulative subsidy benefits amounting to ₹65 crore over the next seven years. This substantial financial support is expected to enhance the profitability and viability of its upcoming luxury tourism projects in Rajasthan.&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The company believes these incentives, which include tax exemptions and interest subsidies, will improve cash flow and support long-term operational success.
